Jesse Nuschke founded Excelsior Air in 2003 while working full-time as a commercial heating and air service technician. In the early years, he performed mostly residential service repairs and replacements. Over the years, Excelsior Air recognized steady customer growth, which eventually gave him the confidence to become self-employed full-time in 2010.
